My name is Jackson Zechnich. I am a graphic designer from Portland, Oregon, living in Bellingham, Washington. I'm a senior in the Western Washington University Design program, and a member of the 2021 BFA cohort. Throughout my education, design has become my framework to understand and improve the world.
In my work, I aim to create moving and impactful work through storytelling and emotion. I am most inspired by zine culture, quirky typography, and analog methods and experimentation.
Outside of my design work, you can find me listening to music, playing drums, or mountain biking. I find that time outdoors or listening to a new album feeds my inspiration and creativity for my projects.
